Promoting the Yoruba Culture in Pirkanmaa, Finland
Welcome to the official website of the Yorubas in Pirkanmaa Association. We are a socio-cultural group founded in March 2023 and aimed at promoting the culture, language, history, and heritage of the Yoruba people in Pirkanmaa region, Finland and Worldwide. We are registered as a Non governmental socio-cultural organization in Finland.
Our Mission
Culture: Promotion of the Yoruba culture, language, history, and heritage in Pirkanmaa and Finland.
Education: Facilitation and promotion of the teaching of Yoruba language at all levels in Finnish schools.
Community: Building a big community that supports new Yoruba immigrants with Finnish society integration.
