YORUBA DAY 2025

Our annual Yoruba day event is here again and this time, we are partnering with the City of Tampere (See the flyer for full details).

  • Saturday 23rd August (1pm prompt, Red carpet starts by 12noon)
  • Culture House Laikku (Keskustori 4, 33100 Tampere)

Let’s come together to celebrate the Yoruba culture, tradition and heritage. Ẹ jẹ́ ká jọgbẹ̀ èdè àti àṣà Yorùbá làrúgẹ́.

NOVELTY FOOTBALL MATCH & PICNIC EVENT

There would be a novelty football match (against “TAS Football Club”) and picnic event as scheduled below:

  • Saturday, 26th July 2025 (16:30-19:30 PM)
  • Messukylän Tekonurmikenttä (Kivikirkontie 2, 33700 Tampere)

PICNIC: All members of the association are invited to participate in the picnic event. It is an opportunity for us to come together and enjoy the summer. We encourage all members and their families to come with mats, food, snacks and drinks, to share and enjoy with others.

It promises to be a great event. Let’s enjoy a fun time together under the warm weather.
